BULGER, Verla Leadell


Sadly, we announce the passing of Verla Leadell Bulger at the age of 89 at home with family on June 7th, 2015.
Predeceased by her husband, James Joseph Bulger (1977), infant son, David, and parents, Beatrice Ellen Smith (1969) and John Francis Revoy (1945) and by her siblings and their spouses - Arnold (Eleanor), Maynard, Gordon, Harry (Evelyn), George (Patty) (Dee), Hazel (Arthur) Hubble, Reginald (Sam), (Della), Robena (Reginald) Goodwin and Lois Lowry.
Survived by her sister Joan Rogers & brothers-in-law Albert Rogers and Glenn Lowry.
Mom devoted her life to her family and leaves to mourn her children - Mary Ellen Bulger (Bill Bernardi), Kingston, ON, John Bulger (Colleen) Antigonish, N.S., Carla Rogers (Andy), Frankford, ON and Kevin Bulger, Salisbury, N.B.
Survived and lovingly remembered by her dear friend, Elberne Carson.
Also grieving her loss are her grandchildren – Cory Rogers (Brandon), Kaden Bulger, Sarah Latham & Jeremy Bulger.
At Mom's request cremation has taken place and there will be no service. A private family inurnment will take place at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Frankford, ON. A reception for friends and family
will take place at the Montrose Inn, 1725 Old Hwy 2, Belleville, ON on June 13th from 1:30 till 4:30 p.m.
We wish to thank Dr. Connidis, nurses Lillian, Marg and Glynis and all the PSWs who attended especially Lillia & Vanessa.
