GIBSON, Tracy Kathleen,

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at Providence Care Hospital on Sunday,September 10th, 2017. Tracy Gibson will be dearly missed by her husband David, her father Ray and her son Jay, sister Tammy and daughters Melissa (Patrick) and Ashleigh (Marty). Loving grandmother of Connor and Caleigh. In keeping with Tracy's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Worship Centre at Providence Care Hospital on Monday, September 18, 2017 from 1 pm until 4 pm.
The family wish to thank all extended family members and friends. Special thanks to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit. Memorial Donations to University Hospital Kingston Foundation, Providence Care Hospital, 55 Rideau Street, Suite #4 , Kingston, Ontario K7K 2Z8 would be appreciated by the family.
