Passed away peacefully in her 92nd year at Fox Run Retirement Residence on Sunday March 27, 2016 with family by her side. Bernice Leakey beloved wife of the late Robert Ernest. Dear mother of Paul and Janet, mother-in-law of Vicki Leakey. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Scott (Maria Bird), Wes (Michelle DeLong Hannan and daughter Hunter), Trevor Tennant ( Brittany), Corey Tennant and Travis Tennant, great grandmother of Taylor Clark-Leakey and Riley Tennant. In keeping with Bernice’s wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at Willowbank Cemetery on Saturday April 23, 2016 at 3:00pm. Family will receive friends at 2061 Deer Ridge Drive, Gananoque following the service. The family wishes to thank staff at Fox Run for their compassion and care shown to Bernice.
