Hezemans, Lambertus Wilhelmus (Bert) - Peacefully, with family by his side at Carveth Care Centre in Gananoque, on April 12th ,2015 , at age 95. Predeceased by his loving wife Faff (nee Ullings). Cherished father of Dini Blundell (George) and Wilma Ditchfield (David). Dear Opa of Eric,Stephanie,Kris,Kacie,Kira,Dawn,Krista,Tanya,Sarah and great-opa of Ava,Elyse,Joshua,Taylor,Liam,Ciaran,Matthew,Amelia and Sophia. Bert is survived by his brothers Frans and Cor.
