Norma Beryl Brooks
passed peacefully in her Kingston, Ontario home Tuesday September 30, 2008 at 10:51 PM. An avid painter and volunteer at the Kingston General Hospital continued her passion of making flower arrangements for the KGH gift shop, even hours before her passing. She loved people and life and will be remembered as a wonderful, humorous, fun loving, giver. She will be greatly missed.

Predeceased by her husband Allan, her parents Herbert and Hyacinth Shepard and her siblings Faye Buttle and Robert Shepard, Beryl is survived by her brother Herbert Shepard and her children, Guy, Paul, Scott and Kari. In lkeeping with Beryl's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the Cataragui Cemetery gazebo on Friday October 3rd at 11:00 AM. Memorial donations to the UHKF Cancer Center of South Eastern Ontario366 King Street E Kingston Ontario K7K 6Y3 would be appreciated by the family.
