AUSTIN, Doris (Nee Strange)

Passed away peacefully at the age of 74 at St.Mary's of the Lake Hospital after a lengthy bout with cancer. She is survived by her husband Joe of almost 55 years of marriage and daughter Lynette (Jim). She will be dearly missed by her grandson Kory (Stephanie), Jacob and granddaughter Chaya. The family would like to extend thanks to all who contributed to the dignified, compassionate and exceptional quality of care Doris received during her journey. In keeping with Doris's wishes cremation has taken place, there will be no visitation or service. Memorial donations to the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario Suite # 4 55 Rideau Street K7K 2Z8 would be appreciated by the family.
