It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dad, Herbert ‘Grant’ Keith. Dad was very caring, friendly, funny and was loved by everyone who knew him. He will always be remembered for his amazing laugh.
Dad was born in Saskatchewan and was the 3rd youngest of 10 brothers and 4 sisters.
He will be dearly missed by his children Bev (Brian) and Grant and his grandchildren Michael (Stephanie), Kaitie (Jamie),Joshua, Keith (Carmen), Steven (Courtney), Bradley (Lindsay) and 10 great-grandchildren Logan, Jacob, Skyler, Toby, Paige, Charlie, Charly, Parker, Maverik and Liam. Will be remembered by his siblings Lorna and Yvonne and brothers and sisters-in-laws and many nieces, nephews and friends. Grant is predeceased by his wife Marilyn youngest son Glenn, parents Jack and Julianna, 9 brothers and 2 sisters.
We would like to thank Dr. Ten Cate and the nursing staff on Lakeview 1, Providence Care Hospital, who took great care of dad for the last 7 months. A service and reception will be held at the Sydenham Legion 4361 Amelia Street, Sydenham, Ontario on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 3:00pm-6:00pm.
In lieu of flowers Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation 110-1525 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario K1Z 8R9 would be appreciated by the family.
