Suddenly at his residence in Kingston. Dear father of Justin, Kaitlin and Brandon. Beloved son of Laurel Phillips (Payne) and Brian Phillips. Brother to Mark Phillips and Scott Treleaven (Margie), uncle to Blake and Wesley (Sarah). Nephew of Joe and Vera Payne, cousin to Michael and Matt. Predeceased by his father James Treleaven. Jason loved fishing, PS4 gaming and old classic movies. He will be missed for his quick wit and off-beat sense of humour. The family will have a graveside service at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation 110-1525 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario K1Z 8R9 in Jason’s memory would be appreciated by the family.
