Our hearts are broken, to announce the passing of Simone Christine Smith 'Pinky' ( née Graveline) on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at KGH. Simone joins our infant children, Jason and Celine, her sister Thelma, mother Agnes and father Joseph Dominia in Heaven.

Simone spent many years as an OR nurse at KGH but is perhaps best remembered as a pillar of the Figure Skating and Dance community as the first owner of ABA Skate & Dance Den. She was passionate about her business and poured many hours into providing excellent service as well as crafting beautiful costumes for her customers.

After retiring she enjoyed numerous trips across the country in the RV and especially loved camping on the shores of Lake Superior and the Rockies.
