Passed away peacefully on March 21, 2022 in her 78th year at the Smiths Falls District Hospital. Survived by her sons Bobby MacTavish of Delta, John MacTavish of Delta and Larry MacTavish of Belleville. Dear grandmother of Cassandra. Will be missed by her siblings James Halladay (Linda) of Brampton, Shirley Madden (Donald) of Brockville and sister-in law Verla Serson (Garnet) of Brockville. Will be remembered by her special nieces Angela Gagnon of Oshawa and Melinda Whiteside of Peterborough as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Addison and Loretta Halladay (nee Godridge) and her siblings Patricia VanBruggen, Ethel Halladay, Karl Halladay and Charlie Halladay. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations in memory of Frances can be made to the Gananoque and District Humane Society Attention: Treasurer, 85 County Road #32 R.R. #1 Gananoque, Ontario K7G 2V3.
