Passed away at Fairmount Home on March 14, 2022, at the age of 78. Beloved partner of Dorothy Wilder. Loving father of Christopher (Erin) of Kamloops BC, Daniel (Kim) of Lyndhurst ON, and Joanna (James) of Calgary AB. Cherished by grandchildren Abygail, Samuel, William, Grayce, Carter, Cohen, Penelope and Clark. Dear brother of Peter Elwood (Deborah) and Anne MacIvor (Tony). Will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and relatives. Predeceased by his parents William and Marjorie Elwood of Kingston. In keeping with Michael's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will take place at a later date. The family would like to thank all care providers for their support and assistance. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kingston Humane Society 1 Binnington Court, Kingston, Ontario K7M 8M9.
