November 15, 1941 to February 23, 2021
Passed away peacefully on February 23, 2021 at Providence Care Hospital at the age of 79.
Devoted Mother to Stephen, Todd (Shelley), Mark (Bev) and Michael (Sheri). Proud Grandmother to Ashley, Erika, Aiden, Cassidy, Zakk, Kane and Paul. Survived by her sister Pat Tabor. Sister in law to Robert (Joyce). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her Dear husband Lloyd Scott, her parents William and Mary Wright and her brothers William (Lynn predeceased), Kenneth (Doris), Alan (Joyce) and Ronald (Theresa). With very special thanks to Joyce and Doris for always being there when needed. Also to Mary Lou daughter of Kenneth and Dale daughter of Alan who have a special place in Margaret’s heart. The family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of the nurses and doctors of KGH and PCH palliative care floor for the great care Margaret received. Special thanks goes to Dr. Frank and Dr. Iqbal of PCH and Dr. Owens of KGH for the dedicated professional care they provided Margaret. Cremation has already taken place and a family graveside service will be scheduled at a later date. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society 496 Days Road, Kingston, Ontario K7M 5R4 in memory of Margaret would be appreciated by the family.
