Passed peacefully in his sleep on January 19, 2021 at the Brockville General Hospital at the age of 74. Loving father of Tyler (Lisa) and Trisha. Will be sadly missed by his partner Janet Empey. Adoring grandfather to Jordan, Connor, Chase and great grandfather to Hailey. Gary will be dearly missed by his siblings Wanda, Dennis, David, Mary Echeverry (Alejandro), Kevin (Benoit), Les (Theresa) and Arnold (Penny). Survived by numerous nieces and nephews, Steve, Greg, Trevor, Jessica, Tara, Natasha, Lea, Laura, Chris, Lesley Lynne, Katrina and Adam. Predeceased by his mother Myrtle Sosnowski (nee Young) and father Adam Sosnowski. In keeping with Gary’s wishes cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service. Family will gather on Blue Mountain at a later date to Celebrate Gary’s life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Diabetes Association Suite#1300-522 University Avenue Toronto, Ontario M5G 2R5 would be appreciated by the family.
