Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre – KGH on Sunday November 17, 2019. Debbie, beloved mother of Candace, Tyler, Nicholas (Callie) and Kallie (Chris). Loving grandmother to 14 grandchildren. Beloved daughter of Betty. Dear sister of Mike Lacelle (Shelley). In keeping with Debbie’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #560, 734 Montreal Street from 2:00pm-5:00pm on Saturday November 23, 2019.
