Passed away peacefully at Providence Care Hospital on Monday October 7, 2019. Stephen Menard, beloved husband of Freda. Dear father of Deidre (Kevin). Grandfather to Victoria and Robert. Will be missed by his sister's Sandra Duffe and Sue Patterson (Garfield Ball). Predeceased by his parent's Dora & Bernard and sister Judith. In keeping with Stephen's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service. Memorial donations to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario or Providence Care Hospital, 55 Rideau Street, Suite #4 Kingston, Ontario K7K 2Z8 would be appreciated by the family.
