Passed away suddenly, surrounded by family at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday August 6, 2019. Virginia Welbanks beloved wife of Edward. Loving mother of Andrew, Amanda, Michael and Daniel. Grandmother to Matthew, Shane,Tristen and Hailey. In keeping with Virginia's wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
