Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at Kingston Health Sciences Centre - KGH, on Saturday May 4, 2019. Vic beloved husband of Judy (Keates). Dear father of Kate. Will be sadly missed by his buddy Kirby. Predeceased by his parents Charles & Elsie, brothers John (Karen) and George. In keeping with Vic's wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 560 on
