Passed away suddenly in Kingston on Thursday, November 3, 2022. Harley was a lifelong Canada Post mail carrier before enjoying golf and bowling in his retirement.
Survived by his children, Tony, Sandra and Ken. Beloved Papa to Amanda, Nathan, Tawnia, Ken, Bryan, Stephen, and Jason. Harley also had many many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Ethel and daughter Debbie. As per family wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date.
