In loving memory of Patrick, who passed away on Saturday June 4, 2022 at The Perth and Smith Falls District Hospital in Smiths Falls.

Beloved husband of the late Gloria Hosein (1932-2017).
Father to Carol (Paul), Stephen, Charlene (Jason), Natasha, Jason (Ormilla) and grandfather to Nicholas, Quinn and Augustus.

Visitation with family members will be on June 28,2022 at 1:15 pm at Trinity United Church 41 Market St N, Smiths Falls, ON K7A 2E7, Service to be held at 2:00 pm . Donations can be made to the Ottawa Heart Institute or https://www.heartandstroke.ca/ .
