Taken from us far too soon, Sean Jacobus Vandenberg, age 55 passed away at Providence Care Hospital on February 21, 2019. Surrounded by the love of family and friends. Son of Karel Peter Vandenberg (deceased) and Philomena Bridget Daly. Wife Senj (Kellar) Vandenberg, son Cody, daughter Cortney, siblings and family Johanna Mackinnon(Ivan, Daniel, Brooke, Kaireen) , Sennan and Jocelyn (Ryan and Rachel) , Jurriaan (Benjamin, Joel and Thea), Fechin Valarie (Guy (deceased), Sierra, Erin, Jake) and Timothy and Loree (Jordyn, Grant and Blake).
A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 2nd at 3306 Wilton Road Harrowsmith Ont. from 3-7 pm.
We want to acknowledge the incredible caring and compassionate support of all of the staff on Heritage 2 for both Sean and all of his family and the wonderful care and support from all that worked with Sean along his journey.
