Obituary for Wayne John Moore
MOORE, Wayne
Passed away peacefully in the early hours of January 17th. He will be missed and forever in the hearts of his wife Sharon Ansell, his son Logan Moore (Kira), his daughter Emma Moore (Marla), his stepchildren Tim Butters (Amanda) and Katy Butters (Dave) and most importantly his granddaughter, Charlie Moore, who was just getting to know her grandfather, and the reason he fought so hard.
The family wishes to thank everyone who supported us throughout this journey.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Wayne’s name to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, 55 Rideau Street, Suite #4 Kingston, Ontario K7K 2Z8 , for the caring and respectful support we received from the Providence Care Palliative Unit.
A Celebration of Life will be announced in the spring.
