MYERS, Phylip Karl
January 16th, 1948 - July 18th, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Phylip Karl Myers. He will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend Gerry, his daughters Stephanie (Peter), Allyson (Joe) as well as his step children Bill (Maeve),David (Tammy) and Joanne (David), his grandchildren and step grandchildren Quinn, Molly,Emma,Ryan,Alanna,Ian,Brooke and Rachel and his brother John. He is predeceased by his parents Earl and Jean Myers. Phyl's final days were spent surrounded by his family and wonderful friends as he continued to beam his contagious smile that was occasionally interrupted by heaping spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream. A special thank you to his wonderful neighbours on Monterey Court for their love and support. In keeping with Phyl's wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the University Hospital Kingston Foundation - Palliative Care Unit, Kidd 9 at Kingston General Hospital (for their exceptional care), 55 Rideau Street, Suite#4 Kingston, Ontario K7K 2Z8 would be appreciated by the family.
