Passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, May 19th, 2018. Jerry Freake beloved husband of Rhonda White. Father of Roxanne Freake-Schneider and Riley. Will be sadly missed by his parents Hubert & Eillen and numerous brothers,sisters,nieces, nephews and cousins. In keeping with Jerry's wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Rideau Acres Campground, Main Hall , 1014 Cunningham Road, Kingston, Ontario on Saturday May 26, 2018 at 4pm, followed by a gathering of family and friends.
