WADE Donna

On Saturday, April 28, 2018, Donna Wade, after a spirited battle, passed away peacefully with her family at her side. Our sweet baby’s spirit lives on through Jeff (husband), Jessica (daughter), Clayton (son), Darla (pet) and the countless family members, friends, colleagues and people who connected with her. Energetic, interested, determined and life-loving, Donna touched everyone who crossed her path and gifted them with her relentless positivity. We are beyond grateful for the hard work, dedication and compassion of the teams of the Kingston Health Sciences Centre, of the Cancer Centre of South-Eastern Ontario and of the University Health Network Toronto.

Please join us for an informal get-together to remember Donna’s life on Sunday, May 27, at 1:00 p.m., at the Renaissance Event Venue, 285 Queen St. – Kingston (ON).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Transplant Advocate Association of Kingston PO Box3 Kingston Main Kingston Ontario K7L 4V6 are welcome.
