MORIN, Elizabeth Joyce “Betty” (nee Forrester)
1927-2017
Passed away peacefully at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital on February 14, 2017. She will be sadly missed by son Bernie (Eileen) and daughter Evelyn (Jim Kenny), grandchildren Nanette (Grant Raynard) and Myles Morin, and Therese and Joe Kenny, great grand-daughter Lydia, sister Verna Mortensen, brother George Forrester, and special friends Michelle Chiddle and Ina Fender. She was predeceased by her husband of more than 60 years, Bert, and brothers and sisters Jackie, Richard, Alice, Kathleen (Kay), Miriam, Lawrence and Ruth. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Rosewood Retirement Home, and the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital and Kingston General Hospital. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will follow at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation or a charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
