Passed away at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital on Thursday, March 3, 2016. Lorne Laird beloved father of Joshua James, and loving brother of Mary Jane Dempster (David) and Shirley Lima (Jack). He will be sadly missed by his numerous nieces and nephews. Lorne is predeceased by his parents, sister Sharon Wood, and brother Bruce Laird (Evelyn). In keeping with Lorne’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. Memorial donations to UHKF of Southeastern Ontario Cancer Centre, 55 Rideau Street Suite 4, Kingston, Ontario, K7K 2Z8 would be appreciated by the family.
