Born Sandra Gail Covey went over the rainbow February 24,2016 to be reacquainted with family and friends of past days. missed by all her families and pals in Kingston and Sarnia and Buddy Fred. As per Judy's wishes her gift of vision went to help two others in need. Talented in knitting, decorating, and cooking ( pancakes esp.) nothing pleased Judy more than good company ( including Muffin The Cat) , a laugh and a strong cigarette. A private gathering is taking place with family. Special thanks to staff at Kingston General Hospital .
